A Journey of Faith, Calling, and Divine Grace

The Initial Calling and Training
I came to faith in the Lord in **2048 BS (1991/1992 AD)**. Shortly after, in **2050 BS (1993/1994 AD)**, I experienced God’s calling. This profound experience led me to join a one-year intensive Bible study and discipleship training program at the esteemed Discipleship Training Center in Kathmandu, Nepal, commencing in **2051 BS (1994/1995 AD)**. These foundational early days, filled with diligent learning and fervent prayer, played a pivotal role in shaping my heart, deepening my spiritual understanding, and meticulously preparing me for the significant and challenging journey that lay ahead in my ministry.
Dedication and Initial Challenges
Upon successfully completing my training and having felt an even deeper, more compelling sense of God’s calling, I returned to my ancestral home in Dhading. From there, I resolutely dedicated my entire life to serving the beloved people of Nuwakot District. My heart was overwhelmingly filled with an unyielding desire to compassionately share the transformative love of Jesus with every soul I encountered. However, as I embarked on this mission at the end of **2052 BS (1996 AD)**, I quickly realized that the road ahead would be far from easy. Initially, proclaiming the gospel was exceptionally challenging; many people were understandably hesitant to believe, and even those who courageously accepted the message often faced significant and daunting hardships within their communities.
Through Persecution and Unwavering Perseverance
My commitment was soon tested. I vividly recall a time when I was unjustly arrested by the local police and held for five arduous and uncertain days. During that trying period, I was sternly instructed to leave the district permanently. Yet, my unwavering commitment to serve God’s people and the undeniable, burning conviction of His divine calling upon my life kept me steadfast and resolute. Despite facing repeated arrests, enduring severe hardships, and confronting intense opposition from various fronts, I consistently and faithfully returned month after month, year after year, to continue the vital work of spreading the gospel. From **2052 BS to 2062 BS (1996 AD to 2005 AD)**, I persevered through countless difficulties—ranging from acute financial shortages, extremely limited resources, small and struggling congregations, to numerous other formidable obstacles that constantly tested my faith.
Divine Intervention and Miraculous Growth
Yet, through every single trial and tribulation, God’s sovereign power and boundless grace were profoundly and undeniably evident. He miraculously healed the sick, performed awe-inspiring miracles that touched many lives, and consistently brought new people to a saving faith. The church slowly but steadily began to flourish as God powerfully worked through each seemingly insurmountable challenge. Over time, fueled by persistent prayer, unwavering faith, and clear divine guidance, we were incredibly blessed to acquire land and construct a proper, dedicated church building. Through relentless perseverance and steadfast faith in God’s provision, we successfully established **over 50 vibrant churches** across the districts of Nuwakot, Dhading, and Rasuwa. Today, we joyfully maintain active and meaningful fellowship with approximately 40 of these established churches, continuing to diligently serve, provide essential training, and lovingly guide the growing community of believers in these remote and often challenging regions.
Reflecting on God’s Unfailing Grace
Looking back across this incredible, God-orchestrated journey, I profoundly realize that every struggle, every moment of doubt, and every formidable challenge was not in vain, but rather an intricate and essential part of God’s perfect and divine plan. His constant and faithful guidance, His supernatural strength that sustained me, and His endless blessings have unfailingly carried us through every single season. Truly, it is by **His grace alone**—and not by any human effort or might—that we have been empowered to serve, to witness such remarkable growth, and to faithfully bring His life-giving word to so many diverse and deserving communities. All thanks and glory be to the Lord for His unwavering faithfulness, His abundant and boundless mercy, and for the countless magnificent ways He has powerfully worked through our humble and often insufficient efforts to accomplish His glorious, eternal work. Amen!
